the room was spacious and quite clean. the location was great with the tram stop very close (it makes getting around simple). the reception staff was friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions promptly.
i would have liked to use it more, but i didn't want to pay the extra fees.

The location is convenient with a tram stop right outside. It made traveling around easy. The rooms are well equipped, modern, and quite soundproof. I also found the bathroom to be spacious. The Wi-Fi connection worked very well .
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so adjusting the temperature was not possible. I found this to be a minor inconvenience . A more individual control of room temperature is preferable .

The hotel is near a tram station. This made getting around the city relatively easy.
The receptionist was not cute at all. She didn't greet or smile, and she seemed uninterested in helping guests (it was very disappointing). Amenities like ironing and the wellness center cost extra. I didn't find basic cleaning products in the room like shower gel or shampoo.

The location IS superb! I was thrilled to find the tram stop right outside the hotel. My room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. I had a very pleasant and efficient check-in upon arrival.
The internet connection was occasionally a little unstable.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including choices for vegetarians. It was rich. While enjoying my morning meal, I savored the diverse selection and found it quite satisfying. (Especially fresh pastries!)
